Brian Tully was recently quoted in Newsday‘s article“Benefits at Higher Income Levels,” article which discusses the advantages and considerations of Medicaid pooled-income trusts.
Medicaid Trusts allow those with too much income to qualify for Medicaid to stay in their homes and have their living expenses paid with their excess income, and still be eligible for community medicaid services.
